“I was a littte nervous sending my designer frames to be reglazed via an internet company but have been really pleased with result. The service was easy, swift and efficient and my glasses are really great. i would certainly do this again.”

“I forgot my glasses in our holiday home so was looking for some where cheap with fast delivery. 3 days for delivery of new glasses is really good service. Quality of the glasses is great. They look cheap but what do you expect for 10 pounds :)”

“Delivery not fast but acceptable,quality of lenses very good and one of the few online opticians to offer the Transition XTRActive lenses at a reasonable price overall very pleased.”

The Transitions XTRActive lenses do take a few days extra in processing time due to the complexity of the lenses and coatings which have to be applied. “Firstly it is a great relief to find lenses online for such a great price on my prescription. I have purchased two pairs so far both for use all the time as I have a very high prescription. Both frames were a perfect and to be able to choose thin lenses with all the added extras like the protective coatings and UV filter as a package is fantastic. I was paying up to 600 for two pairs of glasses before I found this website now its well under 150 depending on your choices of frames of course. I am very pleased to have found you. The glasses are a perfect fit and were well packaged in the post to protect. I have also recently purchased for my hubby. Excellent customer service thank you so much. Will definitely use your site in the future.”

“for such cheap glasses I was figuring these would be a bit rubbish, but they're really not, and at this price I can afford to get a few more pairs for different looks. wearing glasses every day I love being able to change up the look so cheaply. very comfy, no problems, and I have a complicated prescription. heartily recommend.”

“Browsing for new glasses after much research I decided to go with newlenses.The process was very thorough and communication good.All my worries about buying glasses online were dealt with by the customer services. My glasses were quite expensive,but I had alot of options to them.Plus not as expensive as elsewhere and extra optons done not offered by other well know online retailers.Glasses arrived after about 10 days and I'm now getting used to them as not wore varifocals before. On the whole happy with process from start to finish.”
