“They where top notch from the very first contact to the delivery 6 days later,very professional,polite,I originally wanted the reglazing job done by Glasses Direct,they stated their technicians couldn't do it,but they could put my new prescription in a new per of frames,so I asked Newlenses,they did it for nearly half the price.they have got me (and my friends and family now) as the number 1 spectacle supplier.Fantastic,plus they gave me a discount for my next pair,brilliant service,thanks again.”

“Wow! I've just paid £119 in asda for 2 pairs of glasses which haven't came yet. 2 pairs on here which was ordered the same day as asda and these have came first! AMAZING, 2 pairs of glasses, inc delivery, all in I was £21.93! Recommended to a lot of people now, very helpful with Facebook enquiries too!”

“The service, the quality is second to none, in fact the whole set up is just so excellent, My fault was in my communication with them, I should have communicated with them and I did not, I would have liked my lenses to darken more than they do in sunshine, Anyway I am very happy with them and would recommend them to the world, thank you very much”

“Send my old frames to be reglazed and was delighted with the results. Fast turnaround and so far the lens quality is excellent and for a great price too. Complex prescription for vari-focal frame. Sunglasses next, so getting ready to send my frame to be ready for the sunshine.”

“I cannot praise newlenses.co.uk more. Their customer service is second to none. I accidentally sent the wrong prescription. Therefore when the glasses arrived I couldn't see out of one of the lenses. I emailed them on a Sunday and they replied within an hour, with a free post address. They then changed the lenses free of charge even though it was my mistake. My new glasses arrived within a week. Fantastic service. And I love my new glasses and keep getting lots of compliments!!!”

“A very efficient service this is the first time I have used any lenses through the post system, but it was easy and all worked well. The frames I supplied and sent them off, I received updates on the progress of my glasses and recevied them earlier than the given time frame. My only problem was that I rang the help line and the lady it goes through to could not help me and said she would get someone to call me back (I nearly didn't place my order). I am glad I did, very good value, fast service and keep you informed after order. Would recommend and would certainly use again myself.”

“For reasons I don't fully understand,it took three sets of lenses to get the prescription right. But as this was my first online purchase, I was very impressed by your reassurance and determination to get it right. I cannot imagine that you made a profit on my purchase, But I know that you put the customer first.”
