“I have used Park and Fly over a number of years. Usually up to 4 times a year and always been happy with the service. However the service has been very poor this year. Only one person checking people in while other staff members doing nothing therefore customers waiting. No where to park on arrival. The drivers are usually very please to but other staff members are quite rude.”

“No issue with car safety, but if you arrive at the wrong time, you can be waiting 15 minutes to be taken to the airport. Similar on returning, we were unfortunate to land behind another aircraft. The queue for the bus was extremely long. We walked back to the car park, before the next bus arrived. Again had to queue for 10 minutes to get our car keys. We have used park and fly 3 times this year and walked back to the car park twice. We will use the on site airport parking next time. Shame that procedures for drop off and collection of car can’t be improved.”

“Car returned with radio ,lane alert and other controls altered why I don’t know the parking attendant should leave these alone !”

“Good service, but a bit pricey to be honest for the short stay 2 min walk to terminal. I've been booking this many times over the past 18 months & have only received approx 3-4 discounts codes during that time which is a bit disappointing.”

“Unfortunately my car was damaged rear right hand side somebody had scuffed it with a white painted bumper and their paint was all over the rear end due to the late hour did not notice good news is all came off with t-cut the question is when they park your car up to give you it back why they did not notice”

“They are quick to check your car in and transfer you to the airport.They are not as quick to transfer you back to your car after the holiday though. We had to wait about half an hour in the cold for a minibus to collect us from the airport.They seem to cover several car parks now, but don't have enough minibuses to cope with all the customers.”

“I normally use the car park and still will in the future however on my return this time they mislaid my car Parked in wrong bay took 30 mins to find”

“We had to wait 25 mins for the mini bus to come.and that was only luck when he came because the change over supervisor ask him to see if any body was waiting. I think it was a poor service on this trip”

“Drop off straight forward and organised. Return another matter maybe due to late hour and poor weather. Waited a while at pick up point assuming the shelter was indeed monitored by CCTV. Couple of buses turned up and seemed to be for more than one parking location. Need to make return procedure clear to customers when they drop their cars off on arrival. Area where folk collect their cars poorly lit. Wondered why it was necessary for car park staff to move my cars driving seat back and turn up heater controls and generally fiddle with other setting when they are only moving the car within their own parking ground. Was it moved to another area?”

“Did not go smoothly had hassle at the barrier I had paid extra to park in the short stay car park and was told I should have been in the long stay car park, not what it said in the email. Altogether a disappointment.”

“A good service, but I think it's expensive as I've been using it for the past 5-6 months prices are creeping up with absolutely no discount offers available during this time period or any loyalty incentive.”

“Normally receive very good service but this time had to wait 30 mins for pick up.When we rang were told we had missed 2 buses which was blatantly untrue as we had already waited 10 mins and it takes a couple of mins from car park to pick up.Just be honest and say something went wrong don't make stories up.Believe this to be one off as always been efficient previously”

“I'm not that happy with park and fly any more arrived back at 1 30 am by time case apearedi went to pick up point to be left on my own while the van took people to belair i was left standing and told there was a vehicle on its way .It was the same driver who came back to pick me and by then others up when I said you lied to my he said he'd had to go to belair .I think when three planes are landing at the same time there should be more than 1 van on duty”

“We have used this service for many years but find it has deteriorated since the transport merged with others leading to long waits for the bus. Shame as it was our favourite.”

“We feel our car is safe whilst we are away. However The queue for your service when we returned was massive. Our luggage had not arrived with us so we walked to the yard. Your buses were just setting off”

“All was well until our return to the park and the driver dropped us off about 40ft from the office which then we needed to walk and lug our cases that distance to recover our keys, the mini bus drove up to the office stopped got out to talk to staff in the office. Puzzled but would use the service again”
