I have used Park and Fly over a number of years. Usually up to 4 times a year and always been happy with the service. However the service has been very poor this year. Only one person checking people in while other staff members doing nothing therefore customers waiting. No where to park on arrival. The drivers are usually very please to but other staff members are quite rude.
