Check is normally very efficient and this was the case on our latest visit. Collection on our return took quite a while. There was a queue over 12 persons and no vehicle for over 20 minutes. It took three vehicle trips to get to our car. Saying that we are normally collected within 5 minutes.

Service and availability was excellent but as with most car parking in restricted areas the cost becomes a significant factor.

We have previously rated P&F higher than Acceptable, but we do believe the service is deteriorating. On this occasion, we had to wait 15 minutes for the bus to return from the airport to pick us up on the outward journey and there was some confusion as well on our return. The guys on the desk remain efficient and helpful.

I felt that on this occasion the service offered by Newcastle park and fly was not of the high standard that I have come to expect. Dropping off the car went without a hitch however the return was not as good. When we arrived att the bus stop, there was quite a queue & people were muttering that they had been stood waiting fir some time. Many more joined the queue behind us. When a bus did arrive, it only held eight & when the driver opened the rear doors he found that that the luggage hold was full of bags as rubbish & therefore had return to the car park with no one aboard. He did arrange for a much larger bus/coach to come around to accommodate everyone but this took a further ten minutes. Surely this situation could have been avoided in the first place as the office is supposedly monitoring the arrival of flights & the number of passengers that are expected.

service was ok,called into office to pay,was told it was £82 to pay,had already pre payed online weeks before,this is the second time this has happened

A fair charge for convenient, secure parking. Quick processing of car at departure and arrival. Bus shuttle to airport terrible. 2 minute journey but had to wait almost 15 minites for transfer to the airport, as no bus available, and long queue of passengers waiting for lift back to the depot so didn't bother waiting and walked instead.

Used park n fly a lot but disappointed on this last occasion as had to wait 20 minutes in the freezing cold as first van hadn't the capacity to take us - so not very happy and will be considering alternatives on future occasions unless the service improves eg by using bigger vans with more capacity.

This was the second time that the bus wasn't there to pick us up so we walked to carpark.

Last Friday 29th April left your customers standing at the shelter for 40 minutes, the reason given staff change over, in reality I believe two many staff let off for Bank Holiday, leaving one member of staff on duty. I don't believe this is the best service to your customers 16:30 flight from Belfast. William Reilly

Just one comment, every time we have used you, it takes too long for one of your vehicles to turn up. The last 2 occasions, on our return, we stood shivering for 20 minutes. Not much fun this weather! Mr F Connell.

Number plate recognition system not working got soaked waiting for a very abrupt operator to answer the help call Had to start digging around for booking reference in the rain and late at night

since the change to service other car parks as well as the Park and fly the bus service from the airport is not as good as it used to be. We had to wait a long time on a bus and on arrival the bus was to full and had to wait another five to ten minutes on another. This needs to be looked at.

We have used the park and fly many times but this time we returned from our holidays on the 21 st off October it was early hours in the Morning I went to collect our car keys which the woman on the desk couldn't find the car keys we waited for about 10mins by this time there was a queue waiting , we were very disappointed this times as this has never happened before .

Was a bit disappointed that we had to wait so long for the bus to come. This is the first time that we experienced this, normally bus is there very quickly. Staff within the office are very helpful.

We generally travel 3times a year and always use park n fly . Normally we are very happy with the service offered - it's easy and close to the airport . However , this time wasn't so good on the return pick up , we had to wait approx 20 mins for a bus and when it came had bellair on it (?) and was picking passengers up for park n fly and callerton car park on the same run . This caused confusion for all the passengers and possibley the cause for the the delay on pick up ? Hopefully this is a one off - if it's going to be part of normal pick up we may have to rethink where to park next time .

Car left for 1 week Unable to understand why the driver seat back had to be partly reclined, why heat had changed from climate control to hi heat, why radio station had changed to a station I never have on. If any thoughts I would like to know
