Normally receive very good service but this time had to wait 30 mins for pick up.When we rang were told we had missed 2 buses which was blatantly untrue as we had already waited 10 mins and it takes a couple of mins from car park to pick up.Just be honest and say something went wrong don't make stories up.Believe this to be one off as always been efficient previously
