When booking in the availability of both staff and vehicles struggled to cope with the number of customers present at the same time. Given the knowledge of incoming flights the car park staff have, having to wait at the pick-up point was a bit frustrating.

We have used your car park several times over the past years with no problems BUT this last time 27/08/2015 until 10/09/2015 was bad had to wait a long time for transfers to and from airport when i went for my keys they could not find them had to hang about again for 20 mins at least because i was not on the system not good at 1-30 AM

We are now finding that when we return from holiday that the bus is never there to pick us up despite leaving flight details. We now find that the car wasn't brought to the offiice instead we were simply handed the keys and told its around the back. Not what you want after a 10 hour flight. It's no longer becoming a viable option to pay a premium for park and fly as its more convenient to leave the car in the long stay.

We arrived at 4am 26th August for our flight to Amsterdam. Your computer system had crashed without back up. Your rep was rushed off his feet due to the amount of passengers. He had to write out every chit. I do sympathise that computers fail, but you should have a back up proformae instead of bits of paper. We returned 31 August and I was not surprised to find our car key was missing, having flown from the USA via Paris without delay it was a pain which took them 30 minutes to rectify yet me vehicle was open. I have used your service 4 times a year for over 10 years and will use you again in October 15. But you need to have a back up procedure in the event of computer failure. A simple proformae would do. The last time I used your facility was disappointing in that I had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle bus at the airport.

I use your park and fly very regularly. I haven't used others except the short term park. You're getting busier with Summer holidays. Occasionally I'm waiting at the airport more than usual. Checking in can be painfully slow Sometimes bookings for others cannot be immediately found - I've never had that but I have been delayed behind others that have.

My wife is slightly disabled and has difficulty with high steps. On arrival at the car park we found that the vehicle which conveyed us to the car park had a very high step and we had to ask for a portable step to help her to enter the vehicle. The female driver of the vehicle, however, did not have the common sense to take the portable step with her with the result that my wife had great difficulty getting out of the vehicle at the airport. The same thing on our return. No portable step with the vehicle. Surely you should use vehicles which are easily entered. Ther must be many other disabled customers who should be given consideration.

I cancelled and took a taxi because I was on crutches and needed help with my baggage at home and airport,

The service I consider normal because it doesn't cater for the fast track airline passenger who carries only hand luggage. This type of passenger usually (not all the time) has to wait until the 'control office' at Park and Fly deem all passengers ready to be collected after their baggage has been retrieved. Therefore this contradicts the objective of the passenger who is seeking a fast way to get home.

This is the second occasion where we have walked to the car park from the airport and not passed a mini bus going into the airport.
