“Have used for a number of years flying a few times a year mainly to Spain where we own a house. Think charges are starting to creep up so will be keeping an eye on them. Car always in condition we left it in and left in accessable place when we return.”

“I’ve used this company for many years and found them excellent. Online booking is easy and the service from the office staff to the drivers is second to none. The staff are always polite and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they frequently have discounts. The one time we had to cancel the process was easy and the telephone assistant was extremely pleasant and sympathetic.”

“I have used this facility many times BUT lately there seems to be more confusion as to what queue to stand in as the same bus collects for many parking clients, it causes stress to the travelers and unnecessary hardship to the poor drivers”

“Please go back to the days where, onreturn, you were dropped off at the Offic, and cars were linked up opposite ready to drive off. To drop off at the cars which were no where near the Office is just silly and irritating.”

“We found drop off and pick up very good. No waiting on drop off and on pick up the bus was there waiting for us as we came out of the terminal. The only downside for me was getting on and off the bus as I suffer from a knee and hip problem. The drop from the bus to the floor is quite high, some kind of portable step would be a help. Other than that very good service.”

“I use park and fly Newcastle three to four times a year, I have no complaints to make but I think for those who use it frequently there should be some sort of reward scheme.”
