I have used this service several times before and had no issue! This time round I had been dropped off and pick up from the airport fine, however, when I returned to pick up my car I had two front flat tyres and my inner door light was broke. I asked for help off the staff members to blow up my tyres to a certain point so I could take it to a garage however they said they couldn’t help me and walked off. I was alone and had a 1.5 hour car journey home and I was struggling! Luckily after 45 minutes two very nice people actually helped me blow up my tyres whilst THREE members off staff all stood and watched me struggle. I’m upset this has happened and I will not be using this service again.

Always used over the years but this time electric was off but this day and age back up power should be available for the computers what made it worse was I had a disabled passenger with me who we had to get from the long stay car park to the bus stop to get to terminal . This needs addressing so it cannot happen in the future . As it was someone left a from my so I was able to use this to push her to the bus stop

Beware when using this facility that your car is likely to be parked elsewhere. That in itself is not a major problem but when you find on your return that the radio has been tampered with and set at some obscure station it begs the question - what else did the person look at.

We have used Park and Fly for many years with no problems whatsoever,however on this occasion they undeniably damaged a suitcase within the one minute journey.The case was wheeled from the carousel,through customs then to the bus stop.The case did not touch the floor from the pickup point until my home.Bus stopped within 5 metres of my boot so I was able to lift the case between vehicles .At home I lifted the case from boot to bedroom .Only noticed wheel damage whilst case.on bed.Park and Fly contend that I should have notified them of the damage before I left the airport.They also contend that as the journey was only one minute long it was unlikely to have been caused within that time.Irrelevant statement!!!! I have used your service for years now with no problems at all, the last time I did use you was Monday 5th February and found myself waiting for 20min just to hand the keys into the person on duty that day apparently because a walk in customer had arrived and the staff were struggling to get him sorted. Then the return journey on Friday 9th February I waited another 20mins to be picked up from the airport end that supposed to be camera monitored !!! I do like your service very much, but it seams to be slipping with the quick turnaround and the professional approach you had previously. Hope this helps to get the company back to what it used to be (quick and efficient)

Generally speaking I think that staff fail to appreciate that they are in the 'Customer Service Business'. They are usually not warm and welcoming when booking in and definitely not on the pick up.

Had to 'abandon' our vehicle on arrival (5am) as there was such a back log of cars waiting to be checked in. On arriving back at Newcastle airport, the queue for getting back to the car was massive & thankfully, it wasn't raining as we have got soaked. We have been using park & fly for over 10 years, I don't know what's changed but we won't be using them anymore.

Poor organisation at the car park end. Why do you only use 8 seater transport to and from the airport. You should look at the way Sentinel run there operation at Leeds Bradford much better service

Waited over an hr for a bus at 2.30am in the morning with two young kids in the cold and rain! Only one Park and Fly bus operating and one Samson bus. When we did eventually get a bus some people on it had their cars parked at Callerton so your bus went there first!!! Really disappointing service this year after years of great service.

I have booked with you for a number of years. Last 2 times were not good. Last time I arrived to be picked up. Waited over 20 mins. When picked up the driver drove past park n fly and took a couple to there car park despite the fact the had literally just turned up mins before the bus. This is really not acceptable. You used to be much more efficient and customer friendly

I have used park and fly since it opened but no more. We arrived at about 4.30 in the morning it wa quite cold. And a lot of people were waiting for transport to the airport I went back into the offic To ask how much longer did we have to wait for the bus!! There is no organisation and it is a freefor all when the bus arrives It was the same when we came back a massive queue at both bus stands and yet again the survival of the fittest My husband is quite old now and we can't fight the mayhem it was better when it was only park and fly you are not big enough to accommodate to more car parks

my husband and I are frequent uses of your service but on our last trip this month our experience was not a good one. When the bus pulled up the driver said Park and Fly customers my husband put the luggage on. the driver then informed the people waiting he would also take Callerton at which point everyone ran and got on the coach leaving our luggage on the bus but we couldnt board the bus, no seats left, the driver then had to take all cases off to get to our cases. This has never happened before usually coaches take Park and Fly, then another coach takes Callerton. We could have booked Callerton cheaper than yourselves. We use you 4/5 times a year but I think my husband will probably use the airport for our next trip. It was organised chaos,

We have used this service for years but this year we were disappointed. Two flights arrived in and the pick up point was very busy. After waiting over 1/2hr two minibuses arrived this was not enough for the amount of people. We walked back over to the office for our car. Excuse was 2 flights, so sent more buses, just had a change of staff shift, so, Will think hard if we are going to use this service again.

The car had all of its heating settings tampered with. The heater was running all the time I was away and battery drained. Car now in garage and after 3 days they can't fix fault.Park and fly disputed tgey did this and hold no responsibility for their actions

Had to wait 18 mins for pick up after arrival at airport. 1st coach filled with customers going to Belair Carlton and Park and fly. Second coach refused to take us as he was only doing Belair and Carlton.,, so although we were booked for the park nearest the airport we had to wait the longest. Won't use you again.

We arrived back at 2am to find that the car wouldn't start, the staff had known this through the week as there was a note on my keys saying as much. The operative was very unhelpful to the point of rudeness and was equally so to the recovery man who came to tow me home. I asked why no-one had emailed or texted me to alert me to the problem so I could've made arrangements prior to landing in the early hours after a long flight with 2 children, he shrugged and said it's not his responsibility. Very poor customer service.

I thought the price was high and I wasn't given any info on being picked up on arrival hence I had to haul my own luggage half a mile . I complained having been given only an office hours only number via voicemail and have not yet had a response 2 weeks later, sub standard

It would have been beneficial if your barrier had been working as a number of cars could not leave. The supervisor mumbled something about the camera not recognising number plates. I won't be back.
