Collection at the airport on our return trip was poor. Ended up walking, dragging two suitcases after waiting 20 minutes . Surely Park and Fly must have realized the large number of people returning from holiday and required collection. They should have had more buses working at that time of the day

Absolute disgrace. When we arrived we were told were to park, we parked up, went away, once we returned we were told we had parked in the wrong location. They tried to charge up £160. After arguing they finally let us through. Your parking service is an absolute disgrace and we will not be using it or Newcastle airport again.

We always use this service because in the past when arriving home in the winter the car is ready to drive off. On the 7th of January we arrived at 20.30 and had to defrost the entire car.. We choose to pay the extra to park in your car park for this reason so were not at all happy to be faced with this task. I have used Park and fly for many years and never experienced this !!

Car damaged upon return. Watched dashcam . Observed worker from Park and Fly take car from compound rag it down dual carriageway at speed trying to race another sports car. Its then left in a bit of waste land along with other vehicles. Watched as staff placed boxes on bonnet while they chatted. Then observed the vehicle taken back to Park and Fly where it was driven over multiple pot holes . Appeared driver on mobile phone. DO NOT USE THEY ABUSE YOUR CAR AND USE IT AS A RACE CAR. The older chap with grey hair and a pot belly is the one who did this. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They give you terms and conditions yet don't stick to it themselves. Left with damaged alloy and a £510 bill for new wheel. All correspondence slow and patronising . Couldn't care less.

Car damaged while in the care of Newcastle park and fly! Staff passed the book and no apology! This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

I've probably used similar airport parking business like this around ten times in the past year. I had no idea they could get it so wrong, but they certainly did. Firstly, checking in the cars. Travelling from Scotland, we'd unfortunately been stuck in traffic & were VERY anxious of time. We queued to check in the two cars, which was fine, a bit slow but nothing too bad. When we got to our turn in the queue, the gentleman serving shouted to everyone else asking if they were picking up cars, as he'd take them first. At this point, I pointed out it was our turn in the queue, and if he didn't mind checking us in as we were very short of time. Despite my plea for speed, he continued to process three customers who were collecting keys, leaving us stood waiting. When going to check out the fourth customer behind us in the queue, I reminded him we were waiting & had very little time until our flight. Finally, checked in! All aboard the bus we go (seven of us). We wait, and wait, and wait. Tired of waiting, I go back to the office & ask if anyone was driving us to the airport (they know time is against us). Result, one of the three team members jumps in the bus, turns round, and tells us he's never driven the bus & doesn't know where the drop off point is. *jaw hits floor* Off he goes back to the office, and we finally head for the airport with the normal driver. We made the flight thankfully, but only because it was delayed. Part II. Great pick up from the airport & pick up my car keys. "Boom" I'm thinking! My poor friend, however. His keys are no where to be found. No one knows where his car is. It turned out that on checking in the keys, the team member had filed his keys for arriving on the day we departed (short trip considering we departed at 4pm), which took at least 30 minutes to discover. Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish!

Long delay waiting in the rain at departure as buses too small to cope when busy. Serious problems when returning as the way the pick up is arranged the bus stops alongside later comers who as they have waited too long jump the queue. This provokes a lot of anger and argument. Even the bus drivers are totally fed up. My friend actually walked round to the office from the pick up point to complain as he had waited so long and then had a fight to get his cases on the bus which was too small to cope. Buses of the size used at Manchester are needed badly. I have used Park and Fly for many years but I will be looking elsewhere now.

confusion existed on return to car at Newcastle as to which van was for which parking company ie Callerton or Park and Fly. First time ever unruly queue pushing and nearly knocking my disabled husband over. Need clearer direction for people waiting

I paid £37 to prebook parking by terminal for 19 hours. Had I just turned up would have been considerably cheaper. Not impressed. (I have previously used park and fly shuttle service for longer trips and have always been impressed, but this has put me off)

We have used Park & Fly a number of times and you usually have provided an excellent service. However, on this occasion, returning from Maderia on the 31st August, the service was very poor. We have to wait for a considerable a amount of time for the bus and when we got onto the site I had to find my car in the dark. Being a bank holiday weekend did you have enough staff on duty. If we use Park & Fly again we hope the service is much better.

I have used this service in the past and always found it useful being so close to the Terminal. Returning from Cyprus 2 weeks ago in the early hours of the morning I noted that the car ticket recommended that the car be looked over prior to driving off as any marks etc could only be dealt with on site. When we picked the car up, ( which is only a couple of months old ) we looked around it with the torch off an I phone. We noticed a chip in the drivers door and a light scratch on the rear drivers door. We reported it with the attendant and filled out an incident report form that says the car park has 14 days to review the matter and respond. We did notice that the driver of the car had left the seat so far forward that I could barely get in and expect that he has opened the door onto a barrier getting out. In the intervening period, I have rang the Newcastle office on about 5 occasions requiring assurances of the process and each time have been promised a call back. This happened twice yesterday when even Directors refused to take my call to explain what was happening. The true test of any service is when something doesn't work and these guys have failed badly. My car has just over 2000 miles on it and was in showroom condition when it arrived at the airport and the company clearly have no intention to respond in line with their own service arrangements. Anyone using this service must be aware that if they have an incident, clearly the company have little interest in putting the damage right. I will never use this service again.

Not as good as usual. No step on transfer bus to facilitate customers with disabilities? Car keys were lost as we tried to collect them and after a long night travelling we had to wait for an hour or so before our keys were eventually found due to staff not following the correct procedures.

On Saturday 6th December I had to walk from Newcastle Airport to the Park & Fly as no bus arrived ; I asked why. My flight from Dublin had been wrongly recorded as Ryanair. On Arrival at 0615 on 5th I told the office staff the carrier was Air Lingus. I phone number on the voucher would help Previous service has been excellent. Leeds Bradford Sentinel are better
