“We ordered two pairs of shorts within a day of each other. We have received on pair of shorts. Yet to receive the others pair. The courier has said there is a delay. I have raised this with you the other day and you have yet to reply. So on that basis, I can’t give you a good review”

“Very happy with website, product description, price, product itself and sales process. Not at all happy with delivery via DHL. Their e-mails were very confusing. Got an e-mail on Wednesday telling me delivery would be day before (Tuesday) then saying it was delayed. Raised a query with Nevisport 'cos it felt like a scam but no response. Annoying! Parcel arrived after 10 days witha label saying re-delivery so where it had been, I know not. However, worth waiting for as shoes have gone straight in to use and are just what I was looking for. I bought from Clarks for years but their quality and range is now very poor.”

“Great price on the shoes and rapid processing of my order. Unfortunately and I usually delivery from DHL was slow took a week) and it was impossible to get any explanation from them as I didn’t have a “shipment” number, this is different to the tracking number which I did have and also different from the Nevisport order number. That said I’m a happy customer at the end of the day, thank you. Stewart.”

“Liked the product a lot, good price as well, however, I have to deduct one star for the delivery. Can you please not use DHL next time? I had the worst ever experience with them. The driver couldn’t find the DHL service point for two days, and they delayed my delivery for another day with no apparent reason. Their delivery system is so old and doesn’t always give me choices to divert my parcel.”
