“Ordered a new Garmin Mini, replacing my power model. Arrived and was obviously an ex-display item, box was heavily damaged and that would affect what I would get selling on when I next upgrade. Asked for a token refund, I would have even accepted Nevisport vouchers, as I thought they were a great company. Nope. Point blank refusal. Great. It's 'customer service' like this that means Amazon wins and the high street dies.”

“I had a really positive experience of Nevisport. I purchased a pair of Scarpa SL Activ walking boots that were 20% less money than I could get them direct from Scarpa. I ordered them Wednesday evening and they arrived on Friday: excellent service. I was a little concerned buying boots without the option of free returns, but they fitted exactly as expected.”
