“I buy a fair bit of my walking kit from Nevisport and whilst the jacket was too small, my error not theirs I might add, the service from the team was superb as usual and processing my return and subsequent refund was quick and hassle free. Their pricing is also very hard to beat. Highly recommended 👍”

“Excellent service. My jacket arrived sooner than expected for a competitive price. I have tried the Rab Eco Downpour waterproof in heavy rain and it has kept me dry every time so far. Would recommend Nevisport based on my experience and would dedfinitely use them again.”

“We had to return the first item of clothing as it was too large and Nevisport were incredibly efficient and we received our refund very quiuckly. We then ordered the correct size and it still arrived in time for a Birthday present. Thank you!”

“I bought a RAB jacket for my husband for his birthday. I was very disappointed in the packaging. It was wrapped in a ball and stuffed in a grey postage bag. For the cost of the jacket I was appalled. You should be sending it out in RAB packaging or at least some kind of packaging. Had that grey bag been damaged the jacket would have been ruined”

“Terrible service when I had an issue with a coat, had to ring up so many times to get resolved, customer services don't have a functioning telephone, I had to deal with manufacturer directly to sort out as Nevisport send my coat to wrong address so got lost”
