“Having seen the items I wanted to purchase online. Unfortunately I still had a couple of questions I needed answering so I gave them a ring. I spoke to a very help member of staff, they answered all my questions in detail and were really helpful. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure to buying from them. “I ordered a pair of Trespass boots which were in the sale at a great price. The order process was fine and the boots arrived within a couple of days; far quicker than I was expecting. The boots were left on my doorstep and the delivery person didn't ring the bell or knock - not a big issue for me but could be if you lived in an area with parcel thefts.”
