“The order process was simple and items advertised at a competitive price however the trousers were too small and I sent them back and ordered a larger size. Nevisport don't offer free returns therefore it cost £8.95 to return them via Royal Mail tracked service. My payment was returned promptly into my account and the second pair arrived in good time. My only concern regarding purchasing further items is the cost of returns.”

“Reluctant, primarily due to sizing and almost inevitable need to return etc, I've never before purchased boots online (on this occasion bought 2 pairs). The process was smooth enough and the delivery prompt. I expect to have to return a pair and hope to do so directly to a shop. Consequently, the one concern and criticism I definitely have is that no receipt - in my view essential - is provided with the delivery. As I use a desktop Mac, but don't have a printer, and don't rely upon a mobile phone, how do I easily provide proof of purchase?? Why, for example, is a copy of the receipt not on the returns form?? Including a receipt with deliver seems to me to be a logical requirement and so obvious to do with the return form!”

“There was a problem with the walking pole I ordered, it should have come with a trekking basket and rubber pole tip, but didn't. However the customer services team and the Middlesbrough shop eventually provided what was needed, so problem solved. Many thanks.”

“A coat costing £180was wrapped only in a single grey plastic bag. I’d prefer a sturdy brown paper bag or box. The coat was a women’s 14 and was too short for a 6ft tall 25 year old woman. It was also small around hips. Will have to return it unfortunately.”

“Can’t fault the speedy delivery, arrived after three days of ordering. Product just as described and good value at the sale price offered. My only grip is I find no matter what search platform used, the Nevis site is frustratingly slow to the point of clumsy. Can’t fault their shop staff who are alway ready to efficiently help.”
