“All okay but a pity that Nevisport put the wrong house number on the package meaning I received the item a day late. Unfortunately, the neighbour did not know my surname and the delivery driver did his best to get the packet to me but he could not knock every door. This is a gift I gave and the recipient was pleased with it”

“Great service from Nevisport throughout the purchase. Let down a bit by the delivery process. No warning of a delivery so I missed it twice. Carrier said they weren't given my contact details in order for them to advise me. Consequently, I only received the order 10 days after ordering. Historically though, Nevisport have been very quick to post.”

“i would have given 5 star but my boots came damaged, they had some of the front material scratched off, sadly I was in desperate need of them and didn't have time to send them back. apart from that good service, speed of arrival was average. boots themself are wonderful except the damage part of course . lovely and warm I struggle with cold extremities but these work thank goodness. no frost bite for me this year. :) havnt tested to see if they are waterproof yet though. you wear them in rather quick. only took a week.”
