“I purchased from Nevisport as the price was good and there was an offer on. It was a positive experience and I will buy from them in the future. I’m glad Nevisport is still around. Sadly I can’t say the same about the delivery company you use. They sent me a message saying they could not deliver as they could not get access to my address. They sent a photo of another address! I contacted the delivery company and they were not very helpful but they did deliver the next day. The parcel was badly bashed but the boots inside were okay.”

“Very happy with the price and product from Nevisport, however it arrived a day late and didn't fit ( no problem here, we'll just return it and try a different one). Then we find that we have to pay the return ( not the same from other suppliers). Due to this we'll use somewhere else, with free returns. It's a pity, I'd prefer to continue with Nevisport, but this is enough to look elsewhere.”

“I was unlucky. Firstly I put one order. Which it was said the payment had not gone through. So placed another. They both arrived minus one scarpa pair. So I now had 3 pairs instead of 4.pairs. So had to try and arrange a credit. Ending up with 3 pairs when I wanted 2.”
