“I was unlucky. Firstly I put one order. Which it was said the payment had not gone through. So placed another. They both arrived minus one scarpa pair. So I now had 3 pairs instead of 4.pairs. So had to try and arrange a credit. Ending up with 3 pairs when I wanted 2.”

“I contacted the store in aviemore a couple of times to talk about skis that i wanted. Staff erre really helpful. I prdered on a Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. As described and well packaged. Great price too. A very happy customer.”

“I ordered walking boots online for my wife’s birthday. They said they would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. I kept tracking the order which said ‘received in warehouse’ two days before the birthday I rang them because I was concerned, on checking they said that they don’t actually have them in stock and would refund me in 3 to 5 days, leaving me without the present or the cash to buy something else. If I hadn’t have phoned then goodness knows how long they would have kept stringing me along. Be very wary about placing an order with this company.”
