“Everything arrived and was in good order. Only thing that had me scratching my head - I ordered x4 items (two each of different sizes) and they arrived in 3 different packages at different times. Not so ecofriendly! BUT the products are great and so was the communication.”

“Avoid!! Take your business elsewhere as this company does not comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015! Failed to delivery my item and then refused to refund unless I completed DHL paperwork!!! My contract was with Nevisport not DHL. I had to go through my bank to get a refund as Sarra from “Customer Service” (absolute joke!) stated there was no complaints policy and, despite stating that it was ‘company policy’, she couldn’t provide said policy and apparently didn’t have a manager to escalate the complaint to. Lying bunch of thieves!!! Plenty of reputable companies to shop with so avoid these fraudsters like the plague”

When I contacted customer services for advice they listened toy needs and suggested I contact one of their retail outlets for up-to-date advice. Query answered quickly due to retailers knowledge. “Quick and easy to use site with good description of the product I wanted. Payment was even more simpler and delivery was as rapid as I could of ever wanted.
