“Online shopping experience was absolutely terrible. Bought product, didn't come on time despite having phoned before purchase to check it would, and they said it would. The size bore no relation to reality. Returned the item to the store in Aviemore as we happened to be there & spent around £300 on something different. Refund has still not come weeks later. Customer service phone line rings out. All seems a lttle bit scammy - will not be ordering online from them ever again - Guys in the Aviemore store were very good and will definitely use them again.”

“Boots arrived quickly, unfortunately returned as they were too small. Returns procedure easy using their tie up with Asda(£3) cost. However Asda website slightly confusing as parcels can only be sent currently from super stores”
