“This review overrides an earlier review of 1 star, which was because of the non arrival of my boots. The fault lay with the Parcel Force, who failed to put a calling card through our door, to inform me my parcel was at the local depot awaiting my collection. Nevissport helped me sort this out and the boots are great.”

“I placed an order on line but once I had completed the order and paid I realised that the items in the bag were incorrect. I’m unsure how this happened and accept that it may have been a glitch in the system or it may have been something I did. I immediately sent an email and a further email a day or so later and I also used the customer care contact number given and spent 2 days trying to speak to someone but with no success. I had hoped to have the order amended before it was dispatched. So that was disappointing and a bit frustrating However I did eventually receive an email apologising for not responding sooner with an attached free returns label so that was good. I think if a phone number is given for customers use it would be helpful if there was a facility to leave a message a for someone to return the call. Thanks for the opportunity to give this feedback.”

“Lovely warm fleece,however with it Euro sizing it's a little tight fitting the size 12 and did keep ,so maybe go up a size for a roomy wear ! Nice fleece and sale price !”
