“I needed to return an item purchased via Nevis Sports internet sales due to ordering wrong size.I was very pleased that I was able to return to my local store.Even happier to find out that although they did not stock this item they were able to order into their store from another branch.Very impressed that I was able to collect the next day even though the branch it came from is over 200 miles away from myself.All amazing staff at Nevis sport in Middlesbrough.Great assets to the company and know their stuff on the products they sell.I can highly recommend shopping at this store!”

“I have not received my order which was a Christmas present. The post man took it back to post office cos I was at work and he didn't leave it. When I went to the post office to pick it up they had not got it. I have had the post office looking for it and it seems to have vanished. They can't find it. So I've paid for something I haven't received. Very very upset about this. I won't be buying off line again”
