“I haven't tested the mountain equipment jacket yet as there has been no rain but it seems fine when I tried it on. The reason for the lower mark was the shambles of a delivery service by DHL, on the first day of propose delivery, it never arrived, then told it would be the next day, again it never turned up, eventually on day 3 it was due at lunchtime and turned up after 7pm!”

“I received a pair of shoes where the left foot was not the same as the right. When I returned these in good faith I had to pay for the postage. It was on the website, but I wrongly assumed I wouldn’t require to pay for them as it wasn’t my fault ? I did email before explaining why I was returning them and they told me to use the non-prepaid address label. I have been since in contact and I believe a refund is being raised.”

“Nevisport are great. Good price on a quality item. My only complaint was DHL taking days to get around to delivering, which was massively frustrating. I'd moved jobs by the time it arrived and had to go out of my way to pick it up from the old venue. It was ordered just before a Bank Holiday weekend, so that delayed it, understandably, but DHL still took days to deliver once they'd got it.”
