“Excellent service. Prompt reply to emails. More than can be said for DHL who, despite my specifying to leave it in the greenhouse, took 2 goes and then left it in the open porch.”

“Ordered a North Face Jacket which was very easy to do, delivery was very quick, however trying it on found should have ordered smaller size. Return was very simple via Post Office. Reordered smaller which again arrived very quickly. Having payed useing Klarna on both occasions only now waiting for refund from Klarna for the first payment on my original order. Would certainly order from Nevisport again, the price was also a good saving.”

“First purchase and it all went well. Delivered much quicker than they said, it’s more like 2-3 days. Unfortunately the fjallraven jacket is going to be returned which is most certainly not Nevisports fault. Hope the returns and refund procedure will be as easy as the purchase was. Hopefully I will be buying more from this Company”

“My parcel was not delivered to me but to the pub 200yds from my house! So I’m not too impressed with the delivery service. Furthermore I received no notification from Nevisport regarding the location of my parcel. Thankfully a neighbour recognised my name on the parcel and delivered it personally several days later!”
