“The data bar arrived very quickly on a Friday am, but as no access, a card was left, the next delivery attempt would be the next working day,Monday! It arrived safe and sound in a rather large cardboard box and well protected. My previous data bar, from a different suppler from way back,arrived in a bubble wrapped envelope and was popped through the letter box! I wonder if the cardboard box was OTT. I have not used the data bar yet.”

“I placed an order for a printer server late one afternoon and paid an extra for the next day delivery service, and it costs about 50% of the print server value! As I need the item urgently, I have no choice but to accept it and I think its worth it too.”

“Not installed the kit yet - but everything was very well packed and has a quality feel. Products delivered quickly, but placed one order, had one delivery notification text with an hour timeslot and got 4 parcels from two different couriers. So almost wasn't in to receive delivery. Better delivery comms needed.”

“Very quick service bearing in mind the time of year. Item delivered when you said it would. One slight niggle, when I was trying to pay for my order I experienced a problem which turned out to be a clash between your secure page and my antivirus (Kaspersky). Because of this I tried to order on the phone but although the lady was very helpful, she was unable to take my order. Had I not resolved the security clash so that I could order online, my order would have gone elsewhere”

Thanks for your order and review. Invoices are usually sent shortly after despatch of your order, we can't provide them at the time of ordering as the order isn't complete and invoiceable until despatched.

“Excellent little printer, which I'm still getting to grips with. However, there was no cable to connect the printer to my Mac thus making installation of the software difficult. UKMail are a nightmare! After the initial 'we called but you were not in card', no further attempt was made to deliver or contact me. Repeated attempts to contact their customer services resulted in the phone being picked up and put straight down. I guess, they are just living up to the image that was portrayed in a recent documentary. These delivery firms seem to forget that they have two customers for each transaction. They make things easy for the sender but difficult for the person receiving the parcel.”
