“You supplied the right product at a competitive price and fairly quickly considering the postage that I paid. Otherwise the overall rating would have been Very Good In fact I am using the RJ45 cable to send you this e mail so it must work!”

“Good, cheap patch cables. Not so good delivery. Nice helpful staff. Orderd 350 patch cables in plenty of time (late 30 June) for a weekend site repatch. After a couple of false delivery dates they evenutally arrived on the following Monday morning (six days later). Rachel Horsnell was good at chasing, resolving and very helpfuill. It was obvious these were just drop shipped items, so probably ourtside of her complete control. I would have prefered delivery as origenally set out on the web site (next working day). I lost a weekens work. Will think hard before ordering again.”

“I had a good response from NetStore with regard to my specific order. However through no fault of their own, I did order the wrong cable, but there was no offer or facility to return these goods back. So I have spent £12 on the goods but cannot return them. Thanks Stuart”

“Ordered a few samples (faceplates & euro modules) so I could decide what I wanted for an installation job I am doing. Delivery was very fast with just a small problem regarding cat 6 module options. An email request for clarification brought an almost instant response - and problem solved (they now only supply 'low profile' modules, which suits my purpose). In short I was very pleased with the service and am just about to place an order to cover my installation requirements.”
