“Bought some ethernet equipment and items from Netstoredirect and it was all shipped quickly and packed well. Simple stuff, but where the great rating comes from is the customer service. I noticed about a month later that just two of my items were slightly different to what I ordered (I ordered 4 so upon glancing at the order it looked okay. Anyway I emailed the customer service mailbox with a photo to show what had happened and why I discovered it so late and within an hour they had already sent out my missing items. A day later I had received them and I have never experienced such quick and great customer service for a long time. It didn't need a long explanation, or going back and forth and they understood me from email one. I will definitely be recommending them to others looking for networking items just based on that as it was pain free and I will definitely order more in the future. Many thanks to Vaida at Netstoredirect who was so quick in helping me out.”

“I placed an order with NetStore Direct and unfortunately the wrong item was sent (very similar model number). I phoned up NetStore Direct and managed to get though and talk to someone very quickly. I explained the issue and arranged collection of the wrong item and delivery of the correct item. About a week later all sorted so although initially a mistake was made, am happy with how it was all resolved.”
