“I've used Netstore direct for three purchases now, they were very helpful on the phone assisting me with the correct selection of products and the items were delivered promptly the next day. On one occasion the wrong item was delivered but this was resolved expediently and they also willingly exchanged an item which I had erroneously ordered. All in all a good experience so far.”

“I have no complaints with Netstore - they were helpful when the mouse I bought from them failed - got it replaced . BUT - the courier company ( interlink express ) are a disaster - they just turn up when they like / no notice on both occasions - leave a redelivery / collect card - my nearest depot was 30 miles ! Netstore will loose custom if they continue to use such a poor courier - see reviews of Interlink”
