Excellent little printer, which I'm still getting to grips with. However, there was no cable to connect the printer to my Mac thus making installation of the software difficult. UKMail are a nightmare! After the initial 'we called but you were not in card', no further attempt was made to deliver or contact me. Repeated attempts to contact their customer services resulted in the phone being picked up and put straight down. I guess, they are just living up to the image that was portrayed in a recent documentary. These delivery firms seem to forget that they have two customers for each transaction. They make things easy for the sender but difficult for the person receiving the parcel.
