“Would use again with out hesitation”

“Generally I was happy with the service however there seems to be a miscommunication between NetStore and the delivery company. I ordered the equipment on the 6th received a text from the delivery company on the 7th stating that delivery would be on the 8th then another text on the 8th stating that they could not deliver because they did not have the package. Then an Email from NetStore on the 8th stating my package had been dispatched, then also on the 8th a text from the delivery company stating that my package would be delivered on the 11th. The package was delivered on the 11th and I’m happy with the equipment. However making arrangements initially to stay in on the Friday and then having to change those arrangements was a little disappointing. If you could get your delivery company to refrain from sending texts until you have dispatched the item it would be better for the customer.”

“NetStore Direct gave a good service and a good product. The external LAN cable that I needed at short notice was delivered next day as promised, and is good quality. Will use NetStore again in future.”

“Service was fine, but too many identities. Bought from Netstore website, payment says GoGocables on statement. Found out it is actually Connectix a well known brand. Why not use just the one brand?”

“brilliant place and prices the only reason I didn't give very good instead of good, is the website isn't very user friendly. I found trying to navigate getting prices not to easy at all. One would assume you click the item and the price would appear, alas not, the prices are there of course, but they seem to be on a upper level only, which is hard to get back too when you are a few items in and don't want to lose your info.”
