Generally I was happy with the service however there seems to be a miscommunication between NetStore and the delivery company. I ordered the equipment on the 6th received a text from the delivery company on the 7th stating that delivery would be on the 8th then another text on the 8th stating that they could not deliver because they did not have the package. Then an Email from NetStore on the 8th stating my package had been dispatched, then also on the 8th a text from the delivery company stating that my package would be delivered on the 11th. The package was delivered on the 11th and I’m happy with the equipment. However making arrangements initially to stay in on the Friday and then having to change those arrangements was a little disappointing. If you could get your delivery company to refrain from sending texts until you have dispatched the item it would be better for the customer.
