“Rang NE Trophies for a glass trophy for a retiring colleague and sent them a logo and picture of what we wanted. They were able to expand the picture of our logo and picture to make the best use of the space on the glass trophy. The staff were very competent, turned around the work in 2 days for me to collect at a reasonable price.”

“My initial order had a problem with the engraved text and image, and I was worried because with our event coming up soon, time was running out to resolve this problem. So I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and turned around two new glass engraved awards within 24 hrs and shipped them to me. I have to conclude that despite the mistake they made initially, they more than made up for this with their incredible and efficient resolution. I was impressed and will definitely be using their services again in future.”
