“After ordering, they did not have the blank medal that I had ordered in stock. There was very rapid and clear communication, offering me alternatives, which were of equal, if not better, quality. The engraving was very good and completed promptly. Overall, I was very impressed and will certainly use them again, if the needs arise.”

“My trophy came very quickly and in perfect condition, I was really impressed with the quality as well as the packaging and even recieved a thank you note and a packet of sweets which was a pleasant surprise. The trophy was everything I hoped for and you can tell the company really care about their customers and products. I would definitely recommend their services!”
