“Was extremely pleased with the quality of the trophy, which was excellent value for money, and the prompt service in its delivery. Also received an unexpected packet of sweets with my order, which I thought was a nice added personal touch. I will definitely use again and recommend North East Trophies.”

“I ordered a personalised Happy 18th Birthday Gin glass which is lovely and exactly as shown. It came within 2 days which was unexpected as was the box it came in so all ready to pop in a birthday bag. There were also some free sweets in the box which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated in the current climate. I am sure the name on the card who packed my parcel was Chris so big shout out for you and thanks very much. I would highly recommend North East Trophies”

“I ordered and received a single medal holder to hold a WW2 National Fire Service cap badge. It was perfect. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic Royal Mail delivery was slow so waiting for it to arrive I phoned NE Trophies. A pleasant efficient staff member explained when and how it had been despatched and if it had not arrived in a few days to call again and another one would be sent free of charge. That day it arrived. I will use this company again without hesitation.”

“Very prompt service and the small silver plate ordered to affix at the back of a 21st birthday clock was spot on. The little packet of sweets in the package were a nice touch but as a diabetic not sure if appropriate for all customers. Only little thing I would prefer to change is to reduce the postage which cost around £3 which was nearly as much as the small flat plaque which could deliver inSide card in an envelope which led to 4 stars not 5 stars. However I still would place an order again if I need similar products.”
