“This is the first time we have used North East Trophies and for our first HR Awards. I found them by chance online; they have a great www; I called them to clarify the process, got straight through and all questions answered. I got the artwork to them and placed the order. The next day I increased the order, paid over the phone and took delivery two days later. The trophies look wonderful, classy and were presented by the Chief Executive to worthy winners.”

“I ordered two trophies. One was spot on, really nicely done. The other had scratches on the trophy body but when this was brought to the attention of the company they quickly offered to send a replacement which my daughter was really happy with. Delivery was prompt and customer service very friendly and helpful. Would recommend buying from here.”
