“Even though we haven’t yet laid the grass it was delivered in great time with amazing customer service. The quality is very good and we were very happy with the price of the grass. We found delivery a little pricey (£60) but we had ordered the wider grass to avoid joins! Thank you”

“Very happy with the customer service and whole ordering and delivery process. Received a telephone call advising me of the delivery date, then a call from the driver to advise me of the time on the day. As others have noted - NeoGrass use a man with his van to travel all over Britain on deliveries and he does his job very well indeed. A nice friendly chap who works extremely hard by the few minutes chat I had with him. The grass itself weighs a tonne so bear that in mind if you are doing the install yourself. We used two trolleys at each end to shift it into the back garden. The product itself (Aberdeen) is very impressive although expensive of course. Not added the kiln dried sand to it yet as the weather has held things up, but I can see it is going to look amazing. My 10 month old daughter has already had a roll around on it and loves it! The company seems very small but is able to source an excellent product, has a lovely website and lots of helpful advice for home installers. If you want to do it yourself it is perfectly within most peoples capabilities but can take a lot longer than you think to get it right. One tip - buy the underlay for a lovely feel underfoot and softer landings for little ones and their inevitable face plants!”

“The samples arrived in a timely manor, and they reflected the actual product. We chose the 40mm with a 10mm underlay, the results were excellent, and transformed our rear garden that was covered with concrete slabs. Delivery was on time, although it would have been delivered a week earlier if we had been available to accept it, The driver was very helpful. We would highly recommend this company.”

“After an excellent experience buying Neoputt I had no issues buying from Neograss a second, this time going for the Inverness grass for rear garden, again good communication during the buying and delivery process, large roll of grass was delivered on time by a reputable delivery company with a helpful driver, happy to recommend the Neograss products i have used, remember when laying the grass it's all in the preparation to make it look good and last”

“Easy ordering and hassle free. Good advice on which grass would suitable and follow up order of grass rake was delivered very quickly. Would use again.”

“After trialing other inferior products to maintain my newly laid artificial grass, I wasn’t happy that blades of grass kept coming loose after brushing with the so called rake. I searched online and purchased a proper rake from neo grass I wish I had done it sooner. My only criticism is the packaging which the box arrived in, two cable ties at either end of the the rake head had permanently bent some of the bristles so it’s not at its optimal performance but better than what I was using. I didn’t realise these are a fairly local company to me as well so always good to support local businesses especially during this time.”
