“Delivery was little longer than stated but the products were perfect thank you”

“Excellent information provided by Neograss when I was researching artificial grass and compared to other samples I'd seen from other companies theirs was better quality (albeit more expensive). I ordered the Inverness which came as promised but when laid looked faulty because the pile in one pretty large area appeared to be m/f the wrong way. I contacted Neograss and they reassured me it was the end of a roll and would correct but may take until the weather warmed up. Two weeks after laying it still looks faulty and doesn't look any different. I accept it's still cold but even so I'm worried. so whilst I'm happy to recommend the company I can't give it 5 stars until this situation is resolved.”

“I am very pleased with the grass we have bought. With the 2cm underlay it is very comfortable to the feet! It has maintained its colour - after 2 years- and is good in terms of rebounding to shape after having been walked on. The only downside is where I have put the grass on steps leading up to our front door. I did not use underlay. The grass has had a great deal of footfall there obviously and so has remained squashed. Apart from that it has been the envy of my neighbours. Rather more expensive than many brands - but it has proved worth it!”
