“Order with next day delivery turned up a week later to late for the project I wanted it for so now have it in the shed for the next astro project”

“Terrible service! Asked for samples on 3 occasions.. never arrived...even though i was assured they were dispatched next day! Booked an appointment for a director to visit our sports facility to give us a quote.. never turned up! & when i called to ask why, i was told he was on annual leave & that there "must have been a mix up" How can you run a successful business with this customer approach... Awful !!!”

Hi, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Firstly I would like to apologise for the samples not arriving with you. Unfortunately, we often have issues with samples being lost in the post. If you are still interested in receiving samples, please call us 01245 931200 and ask to speak to Will and I shall ensure that your samples are sent via recorded delivery on the same day. Regarding the site survey, we do not offer an installation service and therefore I can only assume that your appointment was scheduled with one of our third-party Approved Installers. “I feel quite mislead on the underlay I purchased. The images for both the 10mm and the 10mm are the same. The reason I purchased this underlay was I was lead to believe (through the images) there would be a dual layer of foam - white and blue. This isn't the case with the 10mm, which now makes me doubt it's softness and drainage under foot if a heavy rain came or during winter. I also had a dog so that double layer I hoped would deal with any of his pee. Really not happy it's so misleading for a premium product. I could have got the same on eBay. It's foam with slits in it.”

“Really good product but terrible customer service. Left an online question, no updates, left voicemails no respo we and talked on the phone with someone but have to wait for a technical team person to ring. So I now have a product (underlay, glue, pins, weed barrier etc) but no instructions on fitting it and no confirmation from the team.”
