“Ordered 12 bags of kiln dried sand. 4 bags arrived with punctures in the bag and therefore sand had escaped. Also some moisture had got into the punctured bags which meant the bags were useless. The pallet was wrapped and don’t know if that was done by Neograss or the shipping company but I would have been obvious to whoever did that, that bags were burst. One bag had tape across it in an attempt to stop the flow of sand.”

Hi James, We're very sorry that you weren't 100% satisfied with your order when it arrived. We weren't informed of any issues at the time of your delivery. Everything is very carefully checked before our goods are processed and packed in the warehouse. There was indeed one bag that we noticed had a slight leak in it, which is why we applied tape on it. However, there certainly wasn't any other bags leaking when they left us so we can only assume this was done in transit.

“Ordered a artificial grass rake last sunday they said 2 to 3days delivery have not received the item yet spoke to NeoGrass yesterday said they would investigate still response”
