“Grass is amazing Quality, wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again if needed. The Website was easy to use giving you clear indication of what grass would suit your household the best, the delivery driver was very helpful and chatty! We had a bit of a laugh. I had a question about delivery so called up and my phone call was taken straight away by a human rather than a robot, who was very helpful and polite. This company was recommend to us by a family member that had used them and had high praise. Very glad we used them.”

“NeoGrass does exactly what it is advertised to do. It is easy to apply and extremely effective. We have 2 very fussy and sensitive to most things however the neograss has not bothered them in the least. The ordering of the product was straightforward with an easy to navigate site. The delivery was fast even though we live on the Isle of Man. It’s not very often that I give a 5 star review but on this occasion it is rightly deserved.”

“Starting with an excellent website full of information on how to do your job and great quality Echo 30mm Grass, 2 part Glue with hardener and silica sand.I did miss out on 20mm underlay as out of stock but was fortunate enough to get exact same elsewhere to complete the job. I followed advice to the T and was very pleased with the job I’ve done. Even if I say so myself. Not many companies give you all the step by step how to do,so credit to Neo grass. Also Wendy in customers services was great with updates and info. Great team all round Graham Fryer”

“When the package of adhesive arrived battered beyond use I anticipated the worst. I couldn't have been any more wrong. The service received in refunding and replacing the courier damaged product was 1st class. Would definitley recommend Neograss. A simple, straightforward process that resulted in an extremley ( if a little surprised) satisfied customer.”

“I ordered some grano dust and as well as it being a brilliant product at a good price the delivery was quick too. I will be buying more from this company when I do the rest of my garden. Highly recommend.”

“Our grass is of good quality however unfortunately the lack of customer service let them down. When ordering our grass, we received an email to say it would be delivered 3 days later however at no point were we supplied with courier information or a delivery window. For 3 days we attempted to contact customer services for an ETA so we could arrange for somebody to be home however we’re continuously told by an outsourced reception that nobody was available and to leave my name and number. We called circa 20 times over the course of 3 days and were unsuccessful at speaking to anybody. The receptionist continuously repeated that all they are authorised to do is take messages. I also emailed a number of times and have not received acknowledgment. It has now been 4 weeks since the grass was delivered and we have still not received our call back! This caused unnecessary stress as their delivery email states that if nobody is home to take delivery, they will charge you for re delivery plus a fine of 20% of your order value! Which for us was a considerable amount. If they are to threaten fines for non delivery, they should provide courier or eta details! Access to customer services needs drastic improvement.”

We are extremely sorry that you didn't find our customer service up to the standard that it should be. We take great pride in the service we offer and as as a relatively small business it always hurts when we don't appear to be getting it right. We have the same process when we receive orders, whether that is over the phone or for orders placed online. As soon as the order has been received it goes into the factory for processing. We send out a confirmation email to you with a copy of your VAT invoice for your records. Once we know how the goods are going to be dispatched and when, we then send out another email advising you of your delivery date. We have checked this end and both emails were definitely sent out to you with no bounce backs on the email. We are very sorry if no call backs were made as this is a very unusual thing to happen. Ultimately we aim to provide the best customer experience we possibly can so we can only apologise if you felt we fell short this time round.

Hi Jools, We're very sorry you weren't happy with the results of our Deofill pet product. If the grass has an extremely dense pile then it will certainly take a bit longer for the product to work it's way down to the bottom.
