Hi there, thanks for your review. We received your order just after lunch time on the 18th August and it was dispatched from us the next day. Anything under 7 bags goes via the DHL network and unfortunately there has been delays during the school holidays due to lack of drivers etc.

“I used neograss to supply Deofill for my artificial lawn. I ordered direct from the company (rather than Amazon) . Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and packaging was (let's say..) thorough !!. Can't fault the company, can't fault the product. Buy with confidence !. Hint.... Search out a discount code which can appear from time to time (unlike Amazon) ... worked for me ! ...and you'll be supporting a small business....”

“So short term review which I'll update later after it's been down for a while So far so good, we bought the DeoFill which arrived within 3 days of ordering. It went down easily but does take some effort to brush in. I think we used a little too much as our fibers are quite short and you could still feel it a little under foot (like you're walking on kitty litter) Difficult to tell how well it's working at the moment as it's only been down a few days and we've had cooler weather and rain so when it heats back up we'll know how well it's doing at fighting the smell. Ultimately no issues with NeoGrass at all and if the DeoFill works well they'll definitely have a returning customer”
