“Didn't work We followed the instructions brushed it in as best as we could it didn't even go through the artificial grass it just sits on top . Now we cant get rid of it . Paid 54 pounds for it never again”

Hi Jools, We're very sorry you weren't happy with the results of our Deofill pet product. If the grass has an extremely dense pile then it will certainly take a bit longer for the product to work it's way down to the bottom.

“I ordered the neofil on a Friday after seeing 1 or 2 day delivery. The following Tuesday DPD only delivered 4 of the 8 bags I ordered. After many phone calls the other 4 bags arrived on Wednesday. Neo grass need to consider changing their courier delivery service company. DPD did not meet my requirements in terms of delivery.”

“After lots of research and samples of various companies. NeoGrass Vela was my personal favorite. Rich natural colour. Softer than other products, you can hardly see the direction of the grain. Very helpful to deal with. We had issues with the couriers as its a 2 person delivery for larger rolls so was a bit delayed so I wouldn't book contractors in until you have delivery. It still was delivered just over a week. It was dispatched by neograss very quickly. Would highly recommend.”

“Beautiful grass, not great customer service. Ordered grass on 30 April with website saying 2/3 day delivery. After it was bought and paid for got an email saying it would be 12 May which came and went a finally delivered 16th. Also was meant to get an artificial grass rake but as of 28th no rake despite Neograss telling me on 18th that it was on its way. So customer service could be better but that said the grass is the best I have seen.”
