“The EHO like the whole process. It actually makes things easier and the red tape less. We have put our staff through the online training courses which gives them a feel good factor and gives the business a great reputation.”

“A very well run organisation that has given us confidence in starting our food business. Without their help, we would have been lost in what to do with regards to many aspects of the business, from risk assessments to choosing the right pitch. We also see a lot of other NCASS members at events, and it's great to know we are part of a larger support network.”

“Have been using NCASS for the past month, whilst setting up my new business. The site is very helpful, and pretty easy to use. Would highly recommend to anyone within the catering industry, NCASS gives you all the information and tasks you need to complete and organise.”

“Overall, NCASS has done a great job for traders as it helps with organising and providing documentation like training, updates in line with the Government's regulations. There are also work opportunities and Bookers discount, which does pay for the membership costs.”

“It would really help us as a company if there were more benefits for mobile bar companies. Everything seems to be more aimed at caterers, particularly with the leads that come out, none of which apply to us. Could more be done for us bar companies? Thanks”

“Starting a new business can be a journey to hell with all the hiccups happening through out the process of setting up a new business. The help, support and assistance we received from NCASS has no monetary value and we can safely say that without their endless support and help we would have not been able to overcome all those issues and get our dream up and running.
