“Whole system needs updating and digitising to make it more sustainable and user friendly. It could be replaced by apps or an online system that could be accessible to all staff members to enter fridge temps / delivery info etc etc.”

“Joining NCASS every year is a cost I have to consider carefully as a small business. However the reassurance it gives me to make sure I have all the regulatory requirements and good systems in place is worth every penny. It's a reminder to review everything annually, it's provides clear instructions and tracking of health and safety requirements, it's convenient training for my staff and the saving in discounts at places like Bookers almost offsets the cost of membership”

“My NCASS membership has helped my business to operate in a professional manner when offering pur services to clients In particular is the sending documents service which is so quick and easy. All documents in one place is heat. Then there is also the bookers caah back bonus which helps with budgeting.”
