“Practical, informative and useful. Especially the course notes for revision. It will be even nicer if the voice over can be added. It can help enhance the learning effectiveness.”

“Covers the subject well but was surprised to note that hand washing was not the first action. Should be emphasised more, hand washing is a fundamental rule of good hygiene.”

“The slide froze several times which meant I had to refresh the page and repeat information which was frustrating at times it wasn't clear how to resume the training, I was looking for a link on therein NCASS website and had to call for guidance”
