“I got kicked off 2 modules right at the end, I think it was the 1 and then the second which meant I had to spend another hour at least going back through what I had already done. After contacting the team they managed to resolve the issue however this was an inconvenience and should be looked into as an issue. Other than that all was great though! UPDATE: Alex and the team were extremely helpful and reassuring in dealing with the issue and have matched my expectations which means we are more than happy to carry on using NCASS for it's online training.”

“Half one module didn't register as being completed and the speed of speech is slower than I read so frustrating to complete at your own pace.”

“Very thorough and informative, enjoyed it although it would have been good to have the facility to read the page at your own speed rather than have to wait for the voice-over to finish before proceeding to following page as this would have speeded the process up. I noticed one of the test questions had two of the same answer - and one option on another question said all of the above when in fact there was only one answer above. Was this deliberate or errors I'm not sure.”

“A comprehensive, well-presented training course with doable recap mini-tests at the end of each of the 8 modules. One or two modules are quite long and involved, but probably necessarily. A few typos and incorrect statements here and there (I don't think there is such a thing as a "......Regulations Act"), but the vast majority of information is explained well and concisely. The test at the end is not as frightening as expected! Narrated slides are a real bonus. A highly recommend course overall.”
