“Login was good first try. Upon trying to get in to complete modules it was saying the site was not secure so had to go on from online service thereafter.”

“Training was good but quite a few bugs in th website while completing the course. I went through the course and it got stuck on module 6 it let me carry on all the way through but when I went to complete the 20 questions at the end it took me back to module 6 again.”

“I was annoyed that the voice over did not pronounce the micro-organism names correctly and in one case it was completely wrong. Some of the tests between modules did not function properly or accept the correct answer when first clicked. The voice over did not always match the slide.”

“A very informative and clever online course! I thought I knew all there is to know about food hygiene...however have learnt and understood much, much more in food hygiene after completion. The course does not allow a "fast track" completion. Each module has to be read and fully understood...however the company makes the course easy to understand and complete ( as long as you read all notes!! ). You have to read and understand each module. My experience was 5*. Thanks!”
