“The greatest advantage was being able to complete the course at my own pace and in between shifts. Very informative and gave clarity to points I needed to understand such as modern day legislation. Looking forward to Level 3!”

“As I have setup businesses in the past alot of the information was common sense and relatively straight forward. It is easy to understand and the slides are well presented, the voice over is clear. I would say it gets a little repetitive on some of the modules. It gave some very good pointers around working with legislation/councils. I would say that in terms of equipment discussion it was lacking, I was hoping to see more about how to keep food warm/cold, cooking equipment and basics needs, what your stall/vehicle/ would need as a basic based on a few example existing setups. Overall it was good, but I would say that a lot of the information was directed to a complete novice.”

“A thorough on line course, well priced. Simple to use. I had to the certificate as a renewal of the qualification. Therefore it would have been useful to be able to forward through the slides rather than take the whole 4hours”

“There we typos, questions at the end of modules that weren't covered in the modules. It was dry, boring and a total mystery to sit through. I understand the voice over is helpful for some but it slowed me down and I would have paid more money for the options to turn it off. It was long and had lots of repetition covering the same subject even in different modules. I understand its not the most lively topic BUT e-learning can be much more engaging than this. At least sort out the spelling.”
