“The Modules were hard but very informative. Personally for me because I am a slow reader it took me 10-11 hours to fully comprehend. Your training time say 4 hours......I think it should be 5 hours. Module - In Handling Illness In A Food Business, Please check last paragraph, 2nd line: 'your get' (I think it should be you'll get). My surname is not fully there. It is Mary Salome Smeaton-Russell. “Lots of key information taught in an accessible and succesful way - I feel confident that I have learned enough to be abel to conduct a food biz safely and in line with regulations. However, the training portal has a timer on each slide before you can move onto the next, which was a bit frustrating especially if you were logged out and then had to sit through slides already completed for a second time. There were also a few typos in the course materials + exam.”

“Information given in a clear, concise and easily understandable format. Having not studied for a while I appreciated the detail given and the repetition of important points. Thought the mini quiz idea is excellent - not only lets you know what you have learned but gives you confidence to take the actual exam. Isabel”

“Very informative, with regular changing government guidelines the information does feel slightly out of date with the government requirements. This training does ensure safety and the best practice is followed for safety of staff and customers though”

“The modules are unambiguous and easy to understand. If I do have a criticism, it is the fact that when you do get a question wrong on the final tests, you do not find out, and I presume you cannot find out, where you made your mistake.”
