Lots of key information taught in an accessible and succesful way - I feel confident that I have learned enough to be abel to conduct a food biz safely and in line with regulations.
However, the training portal has a timer on each slide before you can move onto the next, which was a bit frustrating especially if you were logged out and then had to sit through slides already completed for a second time. There were also a few typos in the course materials + exam.
