“This was straight forwardly presented and covered a lot of ground quite thoroughly. The division of units was clear and all the sections well signposted. It was paced well and the ability to take breaks seems important. I do have a few constructive criticisms: There was a little inconsistency with the level of terminology used in places? - the legal sections in particular were glossed in parts and not so much in others (if I remember correctly?) I did think that the test does not really seem rigorous enough to ensure that the material has been understood. (I speak as a teacher who revises A level examination papers). Possibly adding a few more review questions at the end of each module would be useful? It would check retention of info as you went along. Also some more free response rather than multiple choice/matching answers (I know that the online format would make this difficult, but worth a thought?). I know this is level 2 not A level, but this is quite serious stuff! Having said that, given the breadth of info this covers, I think it works pretty well. Thanks!”

“the courses are brilliant but during the courses I had issues with audio keep dropping off and then the screen wouldn't resize properly. I also noticed a few spelling mistakes during the course. these are 5 star courses but due to the issues I suffered I think it's fair to put 4 star due to issues”
